This location never seems to satisfy me. Today was the last straw. Management is a joke and the employees act as if placing an order is doing them a disservice. Placed a mobile order waited over 30 min before requesting a refund long story short the mobile app has no way of giving you a refund. Steer clear of this location best to drive a little further to Belmont if you want decent fast food and good customer service.

This was the the worst experience in every possible way!! It took 30 minutes just to place my order. I had 2 coupons that I felt should have been honored after waiting that long! The service was terrible and disorganized. Then I get home to find our coffee was half full and taste terrible. The bacon and and cheese biscuits were hard and bacon was chewy. The food was cold, and hash browns were uncooked. Seeing staff with hickies is unprofessional.

This location has recently declined overall in service and wait time. I waited in the drive thru line for 20 minutes last night, for one happy meal, with only 5 cars ahead of me. Not once did an employee apologize for the inconvenience, and per usual, they left items out of the happy meal that were ordered. I truly try to give businesses the benefit of the doubt, but I believe their productivity is lacking.

The only reason I give this place a one star is that it is convenient to my house. Every single time I order here they get something wrong. Every happy meal they always leave something out. One time it’s the dipping sauce. The next time no fries! How can you forget the fries?!? I always use the app to order and park. My husband always gets a large tea. Wouldn’t you know every single time they come to my car with no tea. Have to send them back in for it. The same thing happened yesterday. I waited so long for that tea I was about to go in to get it when they finally came out with it when they brought the lady’s order parked beside me. I know they are busy but there is no excuse for never getting an order right.
