I have been to this Starbucks a few times now. The staff is friendly. I ordered a strawberry acia refresher. They made it a lemonade the first time I got it. My second visit they made it correctly. My third visit they told me after I already paid that they were out of strawberries. Overall they make the orders quickly and they are friendly. It's convenient that they are in Harris Teeter.

Always a great experience. They make the best drinks out of all the nearby locations and are always friendly. Working night shift, a good cup of coffee and a friendly smile goes a long way.

I love this Starbucks! They always make my drinks perfect and they have the best employees. I would much rather go here than any other location.

Me an my friend had been wanting starbucks all day ! So after work we came to this location i was not impressed ,nNeedless to say we waited approx. 30 minutes to get 2 refreshers 1 strawberry lemonade & the dragon fruit. Well they didn't have the strawberry slices which i was really devastated. No worries though i still wanted the drink !!nWell after we waited 15 more minutes for our order to be up she told us last minute she didn't have the fruit for the mango dragon fruit either . At this point i just wanted a refund or at least a discount of some sort ! But wasn't offered i didn't want to ask though but buying 2 large drinks and not getting it the correct way & on top of that waiting 45 minutes total i feel like we could have at least been asked !!nThe girl was working by herself today an she was doing everything she could to manage ,nShe was so sweet just overwhelmed ...

They shouldn't even get one star. Carina virus came out they give free coffee to white-collar jobs but construction workers, nothing Wow. Look at white collar stepping on blue collar.
