This place was only serving fries and drinks on 3rd shift for at least 2 days. This is the McDonald's that made our family stop eating McDonald's for months. I ordered a cheeseburger with no ketchup and it had only ketchup. Old floppy fish sandwiches that I ordered extra tarter sauce on and it had maybe the size of a quarter on it. Waited 45 minutes one night to get my food in the drive-thru and beat on the window to ask for a refund and they wouldn't come to the window to give me my money back. I even called and they hung up on me repeatedly. Ridiculous. I guess McDonald's makes so much money that anything is acceptable. I quit McDonald's. Thanks for the nightmare experience.
Left out two sandwiches. Tried calling for over 30 minutes and could never reach anyone. The phone rings five times and then dead or you get a message saying the voicemail has not been set up. Horrible horrible horrible. Plus we had to pull over to wait on the sandwiches that we did get and it was well over a ten minute wait. I don’t think will go back anytime soon.
Went to 3 McDonald's left cause the lines were to long but this one we got our food quick.
Managers during the day on Sunday are great. It might be busy but they do their best to get the drive thru line moving and do it with a friendly hello. They are always polite, smiling, and try to keep the customer happy. Busy drive thru location!
Slow as hell. No such thing as fast food anymore smh. But food was hot and good
