Altitude Trampoline Park

I brought my 3 boys. So disappointed. I haven't seen one adult supervisor. Everyone employ is in their phones or talking amongst themselves. The hickory Defy is much better. If it weren't for the parents, there would be no supervision. Worries me. And the anyone could walk out with your child. There are no precautions.

It's fun for my boys. However, need more staff. There are not enough watchers on the floor. Needs seating for parents to spread out. People need to follow rules and not get upset when they are asked to comply.

This was my first time coming. I brought my 8 year old son and my 11 year old. There is a sign on the front that says “if you do not have on a mask, do not enter”. Thought this sounds pretty good right?? Well, 60% of the parents and children did NOT have a mask on. There were 2 times in our hour jump time they made an announcement to wear a mask. However, no one listened. At all!! I will not come back to Altitude until this pandemic is over because they obviously can’t stand by their own Corporate rules. Unfortunately too, for my sons, most likely this will be our last time ever. I hate that as everything else was wonderful. But why have a rule if you don’t care to enforce it?? Makes no sense.

We are members and it is truly a great value we go at least once a week. All my kids (ages 2-12) love this place. Definitely would recommend.

I just came here to brag on Jesse at the desk. She was so personable and accommodating. She was great interacting with my 3 year old and she went out of her way to play his favorite song while he jumped. Thanks again for making our day at the trampoline park!
