Needed a car battery. Jose took care of getting the right battery as well as installing it with kind service and a smile. He was very pleasant and respectful throughout my experience there. Store was clean and in order. First time at O'reilly. Great service. Thanks!

Stay away from this store! Staff is incompetent and can't look up correct part numbers. Tried them twice and have been sold the wrong parts both times. Three trips and $500+ later we ended up with a battery we didn't need and the wrong alternator installed that started acting up 100 miles from home three days later. Don't go here if you need help from them. If you choose to shop here, check your serial numbers before you leave the store because chances are that you have the wrong part. Worth the drive to Wake Forest.

Im usually a fan of oriellys but once they changed managers, their customer service went way down. Im a disabled veteran and because i only served three years instead of four, and was medically discharged, I didn’t get the military discount that every other oriellys has always given me. They cant look up part numbers correctly and they refuse to order the part YOU want if its not going to be there soom. Leo tries to argue with you regarding the part you want.
