This was a great place to buy my car at. Good, fair price made for a great deal on my vehicle. I dealt mostly with Ms. Karen, and she was wonderful. She gave me excellent advice and bore with me through the process because my knowledge of financing was a bit lacking. I'm even switching banks because of her advice! The other folks working at this location that I spoke with all seemed wonderfully friendly as well. Overall, a great experience and definitely recommend coming here to anyone.

I recently purchased a vehicle from Carolina Auto Credit and I couldn't be happier. I had to opportunity to work with both Ben and Roger. The experience overall was great. It feels good knowing I have a safe and reliable vehicle. Very affordable !

After much online research, I located a vehicle at Carolina Auto Credit (which is very local to me).nI met with Ben, who was friendly, courteous and professional in every way. Since I had already landed on a specific vehicle, he had it all ready for a test drive when I arrived for my appointment.nThe vehicle showed well (it had been taken care of while on the lot) and we decided to purchase it.nWe decided to finance a portion of the purchase so I met with Lisa (the finance manager). She was easy to work with and found me very favorable financing terms right away.nShe kept apologizing for delays as the company had recently switched computer systems (there really was NO significant delay).nI drove home in my new car in a very short time, and was extremely satisfied with the customer service provided by Ben and Lisa at Carolina Auto Credit.

Purchased a used vehicle from Carolina Auto Credit and the entire process went very smoothly. Was able to negotiate a great price and had me in and out quickly. Great experience with every employee I dealt with there. Would definitely recommend.

Drove all over NC to look at cars and ended up finding the best deal and service at Carolina Auto Credit which is only 10 minutes from my house. Ben was the perfect salesman. This vehicle was for my daughter and Ben made her and I comfortable every step in the process.
