I won't set foot in the Youngsville/McDonald's again! I hate negative reviews, and am sharing my experience.nCashier and Staff members rude. Please don't ask one of the employees for additional item[s], like ketchup or a straw. Food wasn't good at all. Fries cold; had black particulars on the outside of the bread, in the box and some on my fish sandwich. I know it wasn't pepper. Ate a couple of bites and threw the food away.nnThis site needs serious training from [customer service skills/handling of food/prep. ETCnnMy one star is being generous.
Great food and service!
Ordered 3 sandwiches in all. Just got off from work, baby in back seat. Finally get home ready to eat, opened the bag and 2 sandwiches in it. This McDonald's is one of the worse customer service stores in the area. I comprehend that at times I've to wait, but it's not the first time this has happened to me at this location. Corporate needs to hire quality customer service there. Look at all the negative reviews... Corporate PAY ATTENTION
The food wasn't terrible in fact for once the McDonalds meal that we ordered was piping hot. However while I was inside placing my order I heard regular arguing in the kitchen I saw orders being returned for correction that were wrong. And I heard the manager yell at the kitchen staff twice during the 30 minutes I was there. Will not return to the store for breakfast
Our go to place when we are craving for fast burgers and chicken nuggets! Fast service, polite crew.
