I really enjoy going to smoothie king and wish I could go more often. Unfortunately this location has a few problems they need to overcome. Over 50% of the time I order here they get something wrong... either the size or type of drink all together. Also, they are incredibly slow. I wanted to go today but ended up at the sandwich shop next door instead. I ordered, received my food, ate, and left before the SK drive thru would have made it to me had I waited in line (I made a mental note of which car I was behind and waited for them to get their order... They didn't before I left). Pick up the pace and improve quality, you will earn more of my money easy as that.

I walked up and was told it was drive thru only. First time there so there were a lot of combinations. I wasn’t offered a menu or even to look up the choices. Went to the drive thru amd was rushed to make a decision for at least 30 options. I didn’t get a chance to look before being rushed. I quickly made a choice and got to the window. When did having a job become so bad? The young people act like providing customer service is worse than giving blood. Times are tought but we all have choices. If you are not a people person, maybe don’t choose retail where you have to deal with people all day. When I worked retail I gave platinum sercive with a smile. Good customer service is the backbone of good business. If you can’t provide that, do something else.

I frequent this Smoothie King because of it’s convenient location. However, whoever was taking the drive through orders today was extremely rude. When I asked for a strawberry banana smoothie I was asked “which one, they’re like 8”... “They’re all over the menu”. Customer service is non-existent. I understand life gets tough, but everyone’s life is hard, and it’s no reason to be rude.

Rude employees. Worst customer service ever! First time here and last!! I asked for confirmation on what I ordered because the order box is directly on the road where traffic can be loud. The girl taking orders tells me with an attitude to speak up or come inside if I can’t do better (she must have not been paying attention or she just didn’t care because I was close as I could get and speaking at the top of my lungs). I kindly repeat my order and wait 20min to get to the window. At this point I don’t even know why I even bothered apologizing saying “I’m sorry traffic was a little loud would you mind if I re-confirmed my order?” and the girl had a huge problem with me asking. With a heavy sigh and huge eye roll she just tells me a total so I gave up being nice and paid. Received my smoothies and they were not at all what I wanted. Only the size was right. So nope never coming back didn’t even waste my time for a refund. It was the young white girl with tattoos and piercings.

The lights were on and the sign said open at 4pm, but after waiting in the drive through for 20 minutes with a one year old we finally went to the front... And realized no one was inside and the doors were locked.
