Every time I go to this Pizza Hut I am always blown away by the friendly service and good food. Aisha (hope I spelled that right) is absolutely amazing and embodies everything a waitress could stand for. She's very friendly, she's very prompt if you were to need anything, and never forgets to ask me how my day has been. Overall, food is great, it's clean, and the employees are solid people.

Ordered pizza, paid tip and delivery fee and pizza never came. No answer from calling the store either. Won’t order from them again. And I want my money back.nnEdit: one of the managers here, Leon, had great customer service and resolved my issue. I was very pleased for them to care enough to make it right

UPDATE.... the store is going to fix the issue!nnI hate to tell you but you fail as a pizza business! You do realize pizza sauce comes on a pizza! If you would have answered my call instead of hanging up on me 5 times! I attempted to let you be aware! I didn’t not want you to redo my order! Just a little information about how it arrived! I would not be posting this negative review! If you want doughy pizza that is under cooked and your toppings falling off eat here! If you want raw boneless chicken wings eat here! If you want cold find delivered less than a mile away! Eat here ! If you want something hot and cooked to be eatable then choose something else! Papa johns is right around the corner!

On 12/5/20 I ordered a large pizza with 4 toppings because I didn't feel like cooking. The pizza was not done. The crust underneath the toppings was raw dough. Pure raw dough and was not edible. I called and reported the raw pizza to the manager at the Pizza Hut on Hwy 54. He told me that I could pick up another one . He agreed that I could pick it up at a . day due to my not wanting to go out again.nnOn 12/10/20 I ordered my replacement pizza. I informed the person taking the order to make sure the pizza is cooked well and not doughy. I pick up the pizza, got home, hoping to enjoy my pizza. The pizzanWas worse than the first one. The pizza was raw and the bottom of the pizza was barely brown. NaturallynI was very disappointed again. Immediately I called and spoke with the manager . She did not seem concern at all. I told her that I was going to give them a review and post a picture of the pizza. She againndidn't seem concern. ud83cudf55 hut got over $20.00 for a pizza that I couldn't eat because it was raw. Never again, never again.
