The customer service is always poor. However, the smoothies are normally good. This is why I look past the unprofessional attitudes, poor uniforms,nand lack of management. Today though my wife found a piece of plastic in her smoothie. I will never be a patron at another Smoothie King. Please work on your sanitation and employee retention.

Will NEVER return again.nGave me the wrong order, charged me for the wrong order and when I complained about having to wait 3 days for the refund they LAUGHED at me.nFirst and LAST time to visit smoothie king.nnOf course, there's no manager on site either and none answering or returning calls (assuming they gave me the right number which I don't believe)nnUpdate ***nGuess it's a game yo Smoothie King as I woke up this morning and saw my credit card was charged AGAIN for the transaction above.nNever heard from the manager and double charged for an order I never made.nLooks like small claims court is nextnnFinal Update ***nI was able to fight the charges with my bank and got the money returned so left it at that. Still shocked I was charged 3 times for the same transaction.

Very good smoothie I got the pineapple surf, however the staff is rude and if you are worried about covid I wouldn’t come here as they wear their masks under their chin. I greeted them and said thank you multiple times but the staff never said anything back and said nothing as we walked into the store.

Very unhygienic. Although our nation is taking many precautions to ward off the Corona Virus and we are all collectively doing the best we can with the resources at hand I cannot wrap my head around the lack of professionalism, organizational cleanliness or just simple common sense.nnBelow you’ll find this tub of strawberries on the counter out where each person including myself whom ordered anything with strawberries was served out of.nnThis tub is open, on the counter where each and every single customer who is picking up their order can pollute and contaminate.
