AAA - Research Triangle

I absolutely love AAA RTP Durham! They are and have The Best ASE certified service technicians! I always have seen that over the years in the proof of the quality of the vehicle repairs they have done in each of my vehicles . I have ALWAYS been satisfied with their level of performance. They have always exceeded my expectations, every time. I trust them completely and that means a lot!

In the past few years I have had a lot of work done at the Hwy 55 AAA Car Care Center on various cars. They are always friendly and reliable and don't try to upsell extra work, although they will tell you that X needs doing and here is the price for that. In my visit yesterday, Gia was an exemplary example of their friendly helpfulness and communication. Will definitely be using again and recommending!

I had just an excellent experience today. They even spent almost T H I R T Y minutes on the phone raking through my recommended diganostics and repairs to help me really itemize what I should get done today and what I should budget for. I am confident in the work. I am confident in my future work. This place is just amazing for someone like me. I really feel like they know what they are doing - my car was in the same condition when I picked it up on the interior - only driving much smoother!

Gia is friendly and great at her job and took the time to run down what they looked over on my vehicle. In addition I was texted, emailed and given a paper copy (with photos) of how things looked and what I should consider taking care of to maintain my car for the future. All in less than an hour.
