Firestone Complete Auto Care

I am a very lenient person, never one to leave bad reviews, but if I could give 0 stars I would. I have always promoted the Firestone brand and its service. But today I went to this shop and the tech tried to pull a fast one on me. I recently got a car which I changed everything on. The guy recommends a cabin air filter change on a brand new cabin air filter (which I was watching the entire time he did not even check it). I have lifetime alignment plans on my car and I am now adding a second one to the plan. They charged me for the first car a second time so, it looks like the second one has no plan I would be charged again if I tried to redeem my lifetime warranty on the new car.nnThe tech was not doing a great job spent most of the time idling with his team member. He knew I was not happy with the service and deliberately took longer with my car. I saw him pull it out and stopped for a length of time speaking with his teammate as if he wanted to make sure I wanted the entire time for the car.nnI phoned to get his proper name, the service rep states, she does not know her co-worker's name. I am truly disappointed today and worried that I have always preached this shop's location that is now scamming people and not giving the best service.nnDISAPPOINTED.

Steven is great! I had an issue getting my appointment scheduled and he was able to quickly squeeze me in for an inspection. Staff is always very nice and prompt. Will visit again for my inspection next year ud83dude0a

Was there last year, had 2 tires replaced 1 bad 1 good. Was told they'll put the good one as a spare but stole it. Im told today its my damn job to check it. Guess these people don't know what their job is or trust is.nGo learn from ure Burlington store what honesty means. Durham store is a crook store.

Able to get the work done on short notice. Friendly staff. Nothing to complain about.

I decided to go to this Firestone because it's close to home. What was supposed to have been a simple state inspection turned into a nightmare.. They not only were removing my cabin filter for whatever reason.. after an hour of them messing with my car..they come back with a bill in the amount of $848.00!!!! I'm told my car can't pass inspection bc apparently.. signal lights and my headlights were not working. Though before.. I went to them my signal lights were just fine. I returned home and I realized..they had removed my signal lights!! I couldn't believe what was happening and my car was shaking because they decided to mess with the serpentine belt!!! Worse place ever!!!
