Apparently I spoke with both the co owners and I was given a quote for a set amount for specific work to be done by one co owner when I went into the store to take advantage of that offer the other co owner gave me a different quote I explained everything to him and he caught an attitude because I wanted it for the price I was quoted. He was very rude and even went as far as to tell me I could leave because it doesn’t matter to him. All in all he got very upset while I remained calm. Extremely unprofessional

I have used this auto shop multiple times throughout the years. Wait times are reasonable. I recently went for an oil change and noticed they cover the steering wheel and headrest of each car because of covid which I definitely appreciate! They have coupons on their site which I also appreciate, but their prices are not outrageous. I love that they do an inspection (not state inspection) with oil changes.

First time at Precision Tune and I will surely return. They got me in and out quickly and the labor charge for my service was half the price at another shop I looked at and 1/4 the price at the dealership.
