Service was great..... Was in and out and also check out other problems i had and made great recommendations. Aaron was very knowledgeable and communicated with me every step of the way of what was going on with the car. Customer service was excellent. Would recommend them to anyone.

This might have been one of the best experiences I have ever had with an auto shop. Aaron was incredibly responsive and helpful. Every question was answered thoroughly and he went above expectations to help solve my car problems. The work was done well and timely. Aaron was always in communication with me so I know where they were in the process. Their chart was great, It helped me track what was being done to my car, the cost breakdown and what needs to be done in the future. I can't recommend Carmedix enough. I will be using them in the future. Keep up the good work.

I received an advertisement for Carmedix in the mail, so like I always do I googled them. I was thoroughly impressed by their videos and warranty they offered. I submitted my appointment online and received a call the very next morning. Very professional, very thorough about my shock repair. Ordered my parts and finished the work very quickly & efficiently. I brought my 2006 BMW 325i here and they did a fabulous job diagnosing and fixing any issues I mentioned. They have a nifty online portal that made prices and repairs completely transparent between both parties which I really appreciate. They even took pictures of damage and concerns for the online portal. They made sure to call and update me as my car was worked on. The entire process was process was pain free. I do a fair bit of diy on my vehicle but I'm considering just bringing it here from now on.
