NAPA Auto Parts - Walker Auto and Truck

Called in the morning for a simple order and was promised it would be in the store later in the afternoon the same day and it wasn't.... Representative took my number, confirmed where the part was, said he ordered it and reassured me it would be there on the 3pm shuttle. Called at 5pm no one had a clue what I was talking about. No order placed... No parts... No accountability.

Very nice folks and very knowledgeable. Much better class of support than found at the chain parts stores. Special kudos to the manager for his patience with me.

Had the parts I needed and were very knowledgeable on the items I also needed to complete my repair which saved me a second trip back to the store and the prices were very competitive for quality product.
