I hope for the success of this place. Its probably a tough business. I offer encouragement. I'm very glad I did not have to fix my own car which I've been doing for a while.

I arrived 5 minutes eary for my 1pm appointment which was for wheel rotation and general check-up. A tire place would have had you in and out in 30-40 minutes, so being a dealorship you might expect 1 hour to 1 1/2 hours. 2 hours and 40 minutes later I drove away. Now, they did wash and vacuum my car, but it couldnt have added over an hour! This is my third maintenence there, all them taking rediculous amounts of time to do minor maintenance. I wont be back.

Took my ES350 in for 85k service. I was greeted immediately and provided a loaner while my car was serviced. Everything was seamless. Thank you

Its Lexus. You didn't buy one to be frugal. Enjoy it while you can.

Great service. Very friendly staff. I prefer to wait when I have service and they keep you updated along the way and get you checked out very quickly. Plus, they wash your car every time you get service. Love that perk almost as much as my GS350.
