I had to take my car in for a paint and dent job not knowing how long my car was going to be in the shop. Amanda was great. She updated me daily and was gracious enough to offer the stay past closing for me to pick up my car. I'm impressed with the level of professionalism and customer service! Strongly recommend!

Greg and the staff at this location are top drawer. I brought in a truck that was in an accident and they handled the entire process flawlessly from start to finish. I worked mostly with Greg but everyone was wonderful. If I was Greg's manager I would give him a raise. Thank you all.

I left my car here to be repaired after it was vandalized. My entire passenger side was keyed, so while it was perfectly drivable, it wasn't looking its best. From day one, as soon as I spoke to any of the staff members, I felt absolutely confident in their ability to take of my repair. Amanda was amazing and kept me up to date on everything going with my vehicle. Her estimated time was absolutely spot as well. My vehicle was finished right on time. I received excellent customer service at this Durham location. I made an appointment for an estimate for a small paint job. Service Advisor, Greg Biggerman, was a joy and pleasure to work with. He assessed the paint job that the online dealership forgot to fix before selling it and started to work on the paint imperfections. He called his crew member to buff out the imperfections and my SUV is good as new!!! I was in and out in 20 minutes!! If you want friendly, fast and great customer service, stop by the S.
