Monitech Ignition Interlock

I haven't used them in years but I will never forget how I was treated by this company. I was forced to pay and deal with things that were not my fault. Just a warning to anyone who uses this company. I know you probably aren't given a choice but you better be prepared for the things that could go wrong. like calibration problems and being stuck in other states on the side of the road and having to eat all of that cost. Because the thing tells you your levels are too high when you haven't touched a drop of alcohol in 10 years.

Great place, the detector works fine. As long as I listened to the tech, there was no problem. I have heard of detectors having many false positives. Never a problem for me. The best place to go.

Place is a nightmare. It goes off randomly and you get charged $45 regardless if it is not your fault. If you disconnect the wrong way it’s $90. Don’t drink any liquids, eat any foods, brush teeth, chew gum, etc. 10-15 minutes before or machine will go off. It will inconvenience you while your driving and put you at risk to other drivers so be careful. Customer service is great but why wouldn’t it be, all they do is want your money for faulty equipment - good business plan! And the best part is, the machine goes off for no reason and monitech has nothing to do with DMV so if it goes off faulty, all it shows at dmv is what the error code reads! Nice
