Came to get a state inspection done and was lied to about my tire thread level. They wanted me to purchase two new tires, so I went to Pep Boys to check my tires and they said my tires were good enough to pass inspection. Jiffy Lube failed my inspection and I was forced to pay 23.75. However, I passed my state inspection at Pep Boys. Jiffy Lube service was unprofessional, I will NOT be back.

Great. I got lubed in a jiffy. My chariot runs like a new car.

Got my car inspected here, in and out quickly.

Came in for an oil change and inspection. I needed new tires on the vehicle. The men working on this day help me select affordable, good tires without pushing me to spend money I can’t afford (especially during this time).nnThey completed the inspection and oil change quickly and had me come back the next day to put on the new tires. These men showed sincere concern for my safety with the conditions of the tires and took the time to explain to me the proper upkeep of them....... both days of being here and they haven’t failed on service either day.nnI have been at this location a couple years ago but then moved away from the area. I returned back to this store after having moved back. I came here because I remember how friendly and efficient these men were and nothing has changed. I’m sure those negative comments on here are few and far between occurrences. I have never had a more pleasant experience getting my car worked on. I hope Jiffy Lube shows their appreciation towards this team, it’s highly deserved.
