I’d first like to say my service was phenomenal. Prior to arriving I called the previous day to schedule an appointment. My tires were bald & needed replacement badly. Not only did Ben ask what I needed , he recommended what he thought would best fit my specific situation. He was very knowledgeable and kind when scheduling my appointment. When I arrived I quickly dropped off my vehicle and received notification within 2 hours to let me know my vehicle was ready for pick-up. All staff were amazing in making me feel welcome. I would highly recommend Chapel Hill Tire for your car needs. I’m very pleased with the replacement of my tires and the service provided.

Great place to get your car serviced! I dropped it off before work. The staff was very friendly, took my info and I was outta there. I was got text updates on my car progress, a call when it was done and they even sent a nice list of what was checked and what needed attention. I was also late picking my car up. Didn’t matter, they were still super nice. Definitely using them for all my maintenance needs!

I can’t say how wonderful these folks are. When I had an old car that was falling apart, they were so kind and respectful. They made sure my car was up and running and safe for me to drive. They were so excited for me when I got a more reliable car.nnThey also make sure I’m taken care of. Before COVID they offered rides to home or work while they worked on your car. Now they will pick up your car so you don’t have to worry about transportation.nnI highly recommend any of Chapel Hill Tires locations.

Love the variety of services they offer and also the professionalism of the shop. The staff is very kind and knowledgeable. And they do an excellent job at keeping you up to date via text messaging on where your car is and what else it might need done. Great alternative to taking your car to the dealer.

It was outrageous how good their customer service was. I got done with disc golf to find that a tire was leaking air. I called them while driving over and they were able to work with my schedule to get my car back up and running in a timely fashion.nnFurther, they answered every question and left me feeling that I was being taken care of which is rare in the auto industry.nnCaroline (apologies if I misspelled that) was a pleasure to work with and I will happily be returning with all future auto needs.nnThank you chapel hill tire!
