Customer service, knowledgeable, super professional!!!! This is what Justin demonstrates every time I'm at this store. The gentleman not only helped me with my battery and headlight purchase, but he did it all while training a newer employee. Patience and understanding goes a long way! Much respect to Justin and the way he conducts business, thank you Sir.

Went in to get wiper blades for my car and when I was in line to checkout, I noticed that not only were the employees wearing their masks incorrectly, others in line were not even wearing masks as well. No one was enforcing the mask mandate seriously, which is not safe right now. I won’t be giving them my business in the future if that is how things normally are.

I went here to get my battery changed and was told they don’t change batteries on my particular car because it’s too long and too complicated. I was pretty shocked. I called the regional center to check to see if this was true and it was! Apparently it’s company policy to not change batteries on certain “complicated” cars, but the regional manager thought my battery was in my trunk so who knows how that is even really determined. I went to Walmart and they were able to change my battery in 20 minutes. I spend money at autozone and they aren’t even willing to change my battery. Don’t go to autozone unless you have an “easy” car.
