Speights Auto Services Center

Very thankful for the men of Speights auto. It’s been relieving to find a car care service with honest people who are good at their job. They’ve always been extremely helpful and have explained each problem with accuracy. Because of them I know more now than I ever did about cars.

I needed to get my side mirror replaced. I called in at 9 am on a Saturday and they told me they could check it out immediately. Brain, the person who answered my phone call and worked the desk was really nice. They finished it within an hour. The service charge was about $135. Overall, I'm very satisfied by my experience.

Called for a diagnostic for my car. Their shop is not currently operational so you can not go their for service. Tuffy was to come by my home. I went to Autozone to get a read on the error and then called Tuffy to see if he then needed this info to diagnose the issue. I did not think I needed him to give me another diagnostic, but instead review the report I had, and recommend a fix. He was not listening at all and claimed I was trying to get services for free? He was extremely augumentative and unprofessional. I cancelled the appointment and am taking my business elsewhere.

I have used Speight’s Auto of Durham for the last few years. They have always been friendly, reliable and courteous. Always helpful with any of my vehicles, boats and any motorized toy. I truly enjoy their service.

I have had my vehicle serviced here for many year. Staff is effective and efficient. Tuffy is very honest, fair and professional. He goes the extra mile to ensure the customer is well satisfied.
