Everyone was friendly and greeted upon arrival. My salesperson Richard B, was awesome. He was knowledgeable, helpful and patient. You could tell he was passionate about the vehicles and made the experience so fun. Richard made me feel confident in my choices and comfortable while waiting for the finance person to check my application. The finance team was helpful to get the payments where I needed them and gave me options. So I felt good about my payment plan. Overall the buying experience was the best and easiest I have ever had when purchasing a new vehicle. I highly recommend Southpoint Honda for anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle.

Went to get my vehicle serviced, and I was helped by Don. Great customer service! They checked my car for system updates, in addition for regular routine for a oil change. They discovered I had a nail in my tire, and I was thankful for them, so I could get my tire changed.nnGreat crew! Check them out, service wait time isn’t terrible depending on what you need! New go to service for my oil changes because I know I will be taken care off and be provided some great service!nnHappy Client.

It sounds cliche, even as I write this, to say that I was sold a song and dance, but I promise I was skeptical. After all, a salesperson's job is to sell so of course I asked the hard questions as they worked to convince me to buy a vehicle and the supposedly impressive service plan. They promised everything short of my own personal angel choir singing and dancing on command. They talked fancy, but I promise, I held firm and asked the penetrating and detail oriented questions such as what the plan covers and if it is honored elsewhere plus plenty of other questions to boot. Finally I came to believe that, at the very least, the car would receive the necessary and basic maintenance and I even assumed that same day service in a timely manner was likely. Wow, I could not have been more wrong. The average wait time has been 7 hours and only some of the maintenance has been possible since apparently, oil changes can require 2 days to perform. Plus, it turns out that the very expensive maintenance plan does not really cover more than oil changes. After nearly 2 years of enduring these marathon service sessions that have all but once involved a manager at the 8 hour waiting room mark, where I have been reassured that it was an anomaly, and just a terrible exception. Except that it happens EVERY SINGLE TIME. Save yourself, and go somewhere else, unless of course you find sitting in dealerships for a full day to be enjoyable and soothing. Oh, and the tires are not covered, and do not expect more than 20K miles before a catastrophic blowout. Good times, let me tell you!

Tony and Thomas were perfect! They made me feel comfortable, without pressuring me to purchase a vehicle. The entire process was smooth. Thomas was knowledgeable about all of the features of my vehicle and used language that I could understand. Jimmy, the finance officer, was also wonderful! Very pleased with the excellent service I received from Crown Honda Southpoint. Phillip Whittington was our service advisor. He was excellent! Kept us informed the entire time my vehicle was being serviced and was very professional. The shuttle driver was also excellent and professional when picking my vehicle up from work and dropping it back off for me when it was done. They made it very convenient and easy for me. My vehicle needed a lot of work to it, which they did an amazing job fixing and in a timely manner. Highly recommend!
