My experience with Hendrick GM Southpoint was great! They answered all of my questions and addressed any concerns that I expressed. I was able to come to the dealership with a 2017 Chevrolet Malibu and leave with a brand new 2020 Chevrolet Traverse. My salesman Michael Mitchell was everything anyone would want in a salesman. He was persistent, enthusiastic and attentive. I will definitely be recommending him and this dealership to anyone searching for a new vehicle.

I called to inquire about the availability of a used car I saw online. The person who took my call was very polite and quickly connected me with a salesperson, Ryan F. By the time we arrived for our appointment, Ryan already had the car ready in front of the dealership. Ryan was courteous and professional. We were there to test drive the car and not ready to make a purchase decision yet. Ryan did not pressure us. He listened and responded well to our questions. It was a very pleasant experience.

Had a wonderful experience at Hendrick Chevrolet. Mike Mitchell who helped us was absolutely wonderful. He was not pushy, was very kind, and let us test drive without overwhelming us. When we did have a question he was able to answer our questions and if he did not know the answer he did not lie to us, but rather found the answer out for us. He was so patient while I was deciding between different colors, and models, and looking at GMCs. I was truly dreading car shopping because of previous experiences at different dealerships but was so happy to have a smooth and relaxing experience. They were able to help me get the car I wanted in a price range that I could afford. Rob the Sales Manager was so kind and easy to work with and truly cared about the customer experience and made sure we were taken care of. I can't remember his name but the man working in the finance office was also very attentive and helpful and did not rush us in the document review but was also working with us in a timely fashion and i really liked that our documents were put on a flash drive so that I could print them out but also have them saved to my computer. Everyone that we came in contact with was friendly, professional, and very easy to talk to.

The whole experience was amazing. I bought my very first car. I felt so comfortable about my decision. Everything was explained well, no surprises or gimmicks. Brian Henry was very professional/patient and was very helpful with choosing the right car for me. He helped me complete a goal and I'm very grateful for him and his support and services!
