I worked closely with Bill Crosier and Michael Barr and I highly recommend the both of them. Bill cares about who he works with and cares about continuing relationships and it definitely shows. I not only will purchase a new Acura from him when I am ready but I have already told multiple people about my experience working with him and I know my step father is going to see him when he buys his new Acura. I am so thankful to have worked with him. Michael Barr was exceptional also. He took great care of me and communicated with an update on my car. If I need service on my car I will always ask for him. Being a single mom and having to deal with car stuff is not easy but both of these guys are top notch. Thanks again for making my experience easy and stress free. I also want to say that I appreciate what Acura offers their customers from a loaner to offering a service to pick me up if I needed it. These matters can be stressful but Acura, Bill and Michael made it completely stress free for me. Thank you! 5 stars for sure.
Been a customer at Hendrick Acura dealer at South point.George and Jenn has always been a pleasure to work with. They helped me . If you tell them what you’re looking for... they will get it for you! If you tell him price point ...they delivers! A pleasure to work with and everyone at this dealership is helpful and can’t do enough to make you feel comfortable while waiting for any transaction you are doing. Never had issues with their service department ,they are friendly and gives you all the details about you car with not pressure you to change something if is not necessary to change it ! I Love this dealership.
This is the only place I take my car! I never feel like they’re just trying to get more money from me- they really do care about their customers and what is best for them. I’ve been working with Aaron McLean since I moved here and he is awesome! He is honest and upfront about cost and the services that need to be done and the ones that could wait. Highly recommend this place for quality care for your Acura!
My recent car buying experience at Hendrick Acura was very positive. I was looking for a late model, low milage RDX online and found it at Hendrick Acura. The dealership is 90 miles from where I live, but well worth the drive. Everyone at the dealership was very friendly, helpful and professional. I would like to offer a special thanks to Amanda in customer service (she is terrific) and Edgar Murphy in sales. Edgar was very easy to work with and his product knowledge is first rate. I would highly recommend visiting Hedrick Acura for a new or used Acura.
I am downgrading Hendrick Acura to 4 stars for deleting my recent less-than-stellar review.nnFrom 2019:I LOVE having my Acura serviced at Hendrick Acura. I went in a couple of days ago for my annual NC Inspection, oil change and complimentary multi-point inspection and car wash/vacuum. The customer service rep Scott P. was very friendly, informative, and accurately predicted the amount of time it would take. The waiting area was clean, attractive, and well-stocked with high quality coffee/tea/snacks. I have been a loyal customer of Hendrick (formerly Performance) Acura for 13 years. They have never pressured me into having any servicing done. They always inform me of what may need fixing down the road and how much they would charge as well as any low-cost alternatives. I highly recommend Hendrick Acura Southpoint.
