I am very pleased with the purchase of my 2020 CT5. I have shopped other Cadillac dealerships that treated as though I was wasting their time. I was so pleased with Hendrick at Southpoint. My salesman Paul was absolutely amazing. It was a hassle free.nI was treated with must respect. The facility was clean and everyone wore their masks.nI have since returned for my first service and the service department was equally clean and efficient. I am so pleased with the service I received from Johanna. So glad she is back in place to take care of my vehicle. It only took a few minutes to get through the diagnosis and set up for the repair. Hendrick Cadillac is fortunate to have her because she demonstrates genuine care for customers! She treats my car like it is her own, and always talks through the issues in plain English which is comforting. Going the extra mile is what service is all about.
