I've had issues with service departments at several other dealerships in the Triangle, but Hendrick has never disappointed me. They're usually very busy, so it can sometimes be difficult to get an appointment scheduled at a convenient time, but it's worth it. Every advisor I've worked with has been very professional and knowledgeable. Most recently worked with Frank R. Definitely appreciated his personable approach. Would recommend Hendrick's service department if you own a Subaru.

Bob was absolutely incredible. I’ve never had a car buying experience as painless and fun. He was welcoming and honest, and helped me understand every step of the process. Everyone was great and let my dog hangout as well while getting everything processed. I will definitely be back in the future. Great people!

We recently purchased a 2019 Outback with the assistance of Ashley and Will. They were most accommodating and worked with to find the perfect vehicle suited for us. They are knowledgeable and very efficient. They were patient kind and never made us feel uncomfortable. Together we were able to come to a deal that was mutually agreeable to both parties. I highly recommend Southpoint to anyone considering the purchase of a Subaru.

From someone who did not like Subaru AT ALL since I’d been hit by two before... I have to say working with Michael Alger made me a believer and Subaru fan! Not only am I floored by the handling and appearance of the auto I purchased, I’m extremely impressed by all the features and “standards” Subaru puts on each vehicle. Michael went above and beyond to explain options and features to me and was very helpful in getting a vehicle I would love for many years to come. He definitely deserves a five star rating for professionalism and attitude! Be proud Hendrick!

I had the most amazing time buying my car at Hendrick Subaru Southpoint. I wish I needed another car so I could do it all over again! Everyone was so patient and honest- a rare find at a car dealership in my experience! Bob was a joy to work with- very knowledgeable and NOT pushy and even laughed at my jokes!! I’m very pleased with the Forester that I purchased and I left the dealership knowing that I just worked with great people that deserved my business!
