The service delivered by Porsche of South Point is FANTASTIC!!!!!!!!!!!!PERFECT.nEddie and Zane the service managers are always very helpful to find a convenient time for an appointment, as well as always picking up and dropping off my car. The technicians perform the services flawlessly, with a very detailed description of what was done, I look forward to servicing in the future, and a multi point checklist of the current condition of the most common wear items.nBut best of all is the teamwork, experience and drive for excellence. They look perfection in the eye to see if it blinks. Service goes out of there way every single time I have issues big or small, to make sure that both my vehicle and myself are happy.nThe service department represents the Porsche brand to perfection. Thank you for changing the norm of everyday dealerships. My wife and I will always come back. Thanks again...

Porsche Southpoint is AMAZING!! My car needed a few things looked at and they went above and beyond in customer service! They were great in calling me and letting me know where they were at in the process. They are so friendly and happy to help whenever I called them! I am so impressed with them. Ed and Zain were great to work with. I love my car but above that, I love that if I need my car looked at, I know they will help me and be honest and fair. Thanks you guys for giving me piece of mind and getting my car running smooth! 5 star experience.

I had an amazing used car buying experience at Porsche Southpoint! Kim Smith was courteous, respectful, knowledgeable, and honest. He spent a great deal of time educating me about what to look for when evaluating a used vehicle and generally making me feel comfortable. I had been shopping for a used Audi for some time and found the exact car I was looking for at a fair price on their website. Kim responded to my email immediately and was waiting for me when I arrived at the dealership. Although I was not in the market for the high end cars he usually sells, Kim treated me as though I was one of his most affluent customers. I have purchased several new and used cars in the past but this was the best experience I have ever had at a car dealership, by far. I highly recommend them.

From the very beginning, my experience at Porsche Southpoint, and specifically with salesperson Kim Smith, was enjoyable and satisfying. Mr. Smith's approach of availability, honesty, thoroughness, and respect is not often found in the world of used car sales. He took me on a safety inspection of my used car purchase which I had never seen before. Because of the care he took, I felt confident my purchase was an excellent decision. I would not hesitate to recommend him and his dealership to anyone!

We just took delivery of our first Porsche, a 2021 Boxster. Roy Roth was our Porsche Ambassador. He took great care of us during the entire process, as did Woody the financial manager. Our test rides were great, and Roy even drove out to our house to take my wife for a drive. The car was custom ordered from the factory. Although it took several months, the car came in almost a month early. Roy kept us updated the whole time. When it arrived, he took some great photos of it coming off the truck at the dealer. The entire process was excellent. Even after we drove it home, Roy was available to answer several questions we had after his initial briefing at the dealership. This was a great experience all around, and we are very pleased! Thanks!
