What’s not to love about coffee! One of my favorite things on this earth! The customer service was great as well
Very slow and very cold service. I said hello, she said nothing and just stared at me. So I placed my order and she turned around without saying anything.nI was the only one in line and still waited 10-15 for cold brew coffee.nAlso asked for low ice and she filled it to the brim.

Horrible customer service the barrista super rude very condescending!
After trying to get the baristas attention for a while, I tried to order 4 different items listed on the menu. The barista stated that they couldn't make any of the drinks I requested, even when asking for a more basic drink like a late or a cappuccino. The other barista available did nothing to assist with my order either despite my being the only customer in the store. Ultimately I left without any coffee. I don't like leaving negative reviews and try to give people the benefit of the doubt, but I would have been happy to leave with even the most basic beverage if possible, but I couldn't get anything here.
