The workers refused to serve my door dasher, and then threatened to call the police if he would not leave. However, eventually they served him, but when I received my order, it was stale and missing most of the items I paid for. Additionally, the soda they gave me tasted really disgusting and the food smelled weird. I threw out most of what I received, but ate part of one sandwich, because I was really hungry. I regret it, because I'm afraid they may have tried to poison me. Their phones are disconnected, so there is no way to call the restaurant.

This is the worst McDonald's ever. On 10/13/2020, at 7:45 pm, I pulled up to drive through and was told they aren't taking orders. Although, there was plenty of staff inside and their friends in the location. As I drove up I actually joked with my daughter that I see the employees recording a tik tok video. This location is infamous for not having items but this situation just takes bad customer service to another level. I don't understand how this franchise location is still open.

I just ordered a $3 nugget bundle and a cheeseburger with ketchup and cheese. I get to window and they read me my order. I asked for sauce it’s in the bag. I get all the way home and no cheeseburger and I went to go call the number and it says “you are experiencing a technical issue” I’m not going back. The burger is only $1.29 but it’s not the point- you can’t even call and tell the manager.

Worst customer service ever! I would give them negative stars if they were available.nI observed 2 of the cashiers being rude to 3 customers including myself. To top it off, they even got my order wrong.nWill not be returning to this place ever,nI would rather starve!

I have been going here for a few mornings just to have coffee and relax before heading to work. The coffee is always to my liking and the staff are always accommodating. There aren't really any people when I go,so it is also very peaceful.
