Friendly staff never any problems but every morning I get an iced coffee and it taste different every morning this is true at any McDonald's it would really be nice if they could dial it in more
I had an incident one night where they were short staffed. All of my food was wrong and cold. One of the girls were rude so I left and returned the next afternoon with the same food that was UNEATEN to speak with the manager. Her name was Lizabeth! She literally FLOORED me. She was super generous and kind. She listened and she accommodated me the best way she knew how. All of my food was replaced , fresh and delicious !!!!! I can't give them less than 5 stars because Lizabeth TRULY knows the definition of CUSTOMER SERVICE and SHE alone deserves a 10! Please keep up the good work. The girl from night shift was super NASTY .
I mean, it's McDonald's... you know what you're getting. This one has always had a quick drive-thru and friendly people. I've never actually been inside this one, I don't think. I stop here for breakfast once in a while and it's always hot and what I expected. If give them 5 stars but I just can't get that excited for McDonald's as a concept.
I came here over 45 minutes ago, ordered 2 bacon and egg Mcmuffin s, no cheese, got two sausage biscuits with cheese, told to pull to door. 20 minutes later they bring out two sausage egg and cheese Mcmuffins. Another 24 minutes I finally get my order. No apology no nothing. Really, does it have to be this way?
It's McDonald's. Pretty much the same as all others. Service was quick and fries were hot, what else do you need? ud83dude01
