In 33 years of paying taxes, I have never met anyone like Shannon @Bates Tax Service. Matter of fact I never knew someone like her existed. I say this because she GENUINELY cares about what she does and she CARES about you as a person. Shannon does What’s right while trying to put herself in your shoes and sticks by her work and your side. Never been more proud and more thankful than the decision we made in choosing her, or rather just GRATEFUL God lead us to her!

These folks are the best. They not only really know what they are doing, they take the time to make sure you get all your questions and concerns taken care of. Truly a great asset to the community of Davie County and beyond!

Shannon is so knowledgeable and helps me understand my taxes so I can I am not lost in the numbers. She has a T.V. screen so I can follow along and shows me what exactly means what. I can call her anytime with questions and she answers. So nice to have a family ran business that cares about their clients here in a small town.
