Michelle...you're fantastic! Preston, Mark, Kevin, and the entire team is great. Things don't always go great, and when you consider all the variances that can happen you should take a breath and see how things can be corrected. It's what you do when no one is looking that you should embrace. My experience needed some attention, and everyone on the team went above and beyond to address my issues. They could have taken a different tack, but they didn't. I will absolutely continue to shop here, and I would recommend that you do the same.
