Was a very quick experience. We found a used unit that looked well maintained, at a very reasonable price. I Told George we wanted it and put a down payment on it. They sent me all available programs like financing and insurance (though i used my own) and within a week I brought the new trailer home with all the goodies. Me and my family didn’t feel rushed or like we were being upsold a brand new model. George went over the pros, cons, and features of both new and used models and let us do our own thing until we had questions.

George Wacker was our salesman and he was phenomenal. He introduced himself, told us to feel free to browse around, and let us do everything on our terms at our pace by ourselves. He did not rush us at all which was a relief because when we purchased our first camper at Camping World in Hampton, Va it was the complete opposite experience. When we were leaving he gave us some literature on the two campers we liked and sent us on our way without any hassle or pressure to buy that day. We ended up picking one of the campers and returned later that week to buy it.nWhen I brought the camper home we had trouble with one of the locks on the camper and George stopped by on his way home to fix the problem and offer guidance. We are so impressed on his level of service, we will always buy from TAC RV with George’s help.

We just purchased our first new camper from TAC RV. Our salesman, John, was outstanding! He responded to me anytime I needed something. He was very understanding and supportive, in no way pushy. Everyone at TAC, from finance to parts, was friendly and supportive. We could not have asked for a better experience. We traveled 3 hours to get there and it was so worth it. I would suggest TAC to anyone for an awesome experience, start to finish.

We took our travel trailer for repairs. They were great - very customer focused and very competent. Excellent communication with us.. You can't tell where the damage was. Very worth our 1 hour drive to their location.
