I just got my seat back. I put it on the bike and road 28 hours in the saddle in three days. my butt nor the seat were broken in for that kind of riding yet. But the seat performed well. Now that it’s broke in I expect great things from the seat. The amount of money I put into this was well worth the value easy company to deal with they are right on time

These guys did the seat for my cvo road king. It is freaking amazing. I just did 650 miles nonstop from NC to the Florida Gulf Coast and felt like I could turn around and ride right back. I may be short legged and fat with back issues but with this seat I feel like I’m 10 feet tall and bulletproof.

I called this company to have my seat modified. Was explained it would be completed in a day. I had to pay shipping both ways. I was ok with that. Until i got a cal the day after I shipped it. The girl telling me that the studs were back ordered since February, this was June. No one told me this and I explained that I wanted the seat original on the outside. And they couldn't do my seat express service because it had a rip. No one said this to methe day before. And they were back ordered on seats being done non-express. So they couldn't do it. I had to pay $142 to ship there & another $40 to have it shipped back to me. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. MATTER-OF-FACT, I'M TELLING EVERYONE NOT TO USE THEM!!! INCLUDING IN THIS REVIEW. DO NOT USE MEAN CITY CYCLES. RIPOFFS

I have a broken tailbone that kept me from long rides. They listened closely to me and asked a lot of questions from me . They said they could help and I found comfort in there Knowledge of my situation.nWhen I picked up the seat the leather looked so tight I thought it was not going to help.I went on a 4,000 mile trip to South Dakota to find I was wrong. My but was a little sour but no tailbone pain. WOW that was not possible without them. I purchased a new bike then I got home . I was in pain on the way home from the dealership and Immediately called for another appointment. When I was on the new seat it was not as awesome as the first time . I called to explain and expecting a little hassle. I was wrong again . They made a quick turnaround on my seat at no extra cost . It seamed there only concern was that I comfortable.. going anywhere else would be a mistake.

Be AWARE....they are VERY busy!! Which they WELL DESERVE!! Dealing with MCC has definitely been one of my BEST experiences with a motorcycle related vendor!! 1st - VERY friendly and helpful Amanda responded to my emails promptly.n2nd - Upon my arrival with my stock 2018 HD Road King seat, I walked into a very clean, organized store, set up for safe social distancing. Amanda cheerfully greeted me immediately. ? (forgot his name) was working on a seat. A very impressive store.n3rd - Amanda helped me with my needs, with only a glance at me. Their pricing is more than fair for what I received!! BEST seat I've ridden on, in over 30 years!!n4th - I was able to pay a VERY reasonable Expedited Fee to have my seat modified before I left NC to return to FL. Worth EVERY penny!!n5th - My newly modified stock seat looks and rides amazing!! I'm posting a picture on MCC's website. I'm the very short blonde lady in mostly black, standing behind my Twisted Cherry (Burgandy) HD Road King.nYou WILL NOT go wrong with MCC!! My brother-in-law (RIP Butch) had recommended MCC to me; I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them to ALL of you!! Ride SAFE!!
