AutoZone Auto Parts

I have been in this store several times but today made it my last time for this store in Maiden, NC. If you have people with no type of good attitude toward your customers, acts like it kills the worker to actually do a little work then you should maybe think about what you hire.. I do not normally comment about rude people but today was the end of that especially when you are spending a lot of money to have sh!++/ customer service. If I'm correct, we customers help pay your salary..

Use to be a great store with great knowledgeable friendly employees but now customer service is gone, anyone with part's knowledge is gone. Management could care less about customers or what there Employees do, there always out back smoking or just hanging out on the side of the building with a group of friends can't get anyone to help without waitingnall day. Employees look like a bunch of drunks or drug addicts, won't be coming here anymore. I will drive to hickory to get my parts. Or go to napa.

The men here have always been very helpful to me. ..been going here for 18 years,,,thank you AUTO ZONE.
