Fyi.. Mike stays busy so, if he's backed up he will let you know ahead of time but, he usually gets your car/truck when promised unless he runs into problems but, he'll keep you posted. This was my first experience and I plan going back for further mechanical issues they performed the work as discussed and the changes were more than reasonable. They replaced valve cover gaskets, Manifold gaskets, spark plug wires and spark plugs. I highly recommend them.
