Cake here 2 years ago and they gave me 80$ of food for free because of a employee that worked there had little to much botox that day drooling everywhere...nThe place has been completely redone since then and staff and food both today was on point..nI happily paid our bill and left nice tip.

Don’t know why I bothered coming here even with the remodel... they just opened dine in. It took nearly 45 minutes for my food, every table was dirty and no drink refills or any service. I got up and left because my food arrived cold and half of it wasn’t even done 45 minutes in... . Looks to be also my server clocked out or went home never saw her after I sat down. I shouldn’t expect much from Pizza Hut but this was Horrid...nnUpdate service has been much better and owner is very friendly.

Price is reasonable but the service was excellent! Our pizza was served not as listed in the menu. They happily replaced it and gave us an almost forty per cent discount! I'll be back!

I ordered 2 orders of cheese sticks with Extra, Extra Cheese. I was charged for the 3x extra cheese. When got my order home....the top of the cheese was on the burnt side. The extra cheese I ordered must have evaporated. Because it was not on my bread order!nCalled to let them know I was not happy ;what I got was hog wash and arguement!!! Do Not go to pizza hut in Black Mountain!!! Go the extra mile to get a better quality pizza and Customer Service.

The service started slow when the younger staff we ran into didn't seem to know if we should seat ourselves or not. They also didn't seem to be terribly interested in helping us. Once we sat ourselves down, however, the service got much better because we were waited on by two older adults that actually seemed interested in helping. The food was good and once things got rolling the timing was good.
