Its the best and only auto parts store i go to there very knowledgeable and helpful and finding any part or accessory I need for my car also the manager there Audrey is one of the best happiest most outgoing outspoken people I have ever met and when it comes to my car and car parts that's the kind of people I want to speak to I would just like to say thanks for all the hard work that she is put into that store and anytime I have a question or need anything all I have to do is call and they're right there to help me also it's very clean everything is very neat and easy to find the prices are great and they even have price match so if I find a cheaper somewhere else they'll give it to me for the same my favorite store hands down

The staff here is great! That Haden is one of the most impressive human specimens I've ever seen. He is incredibly helpful and you could take a machete through that beard. He can change my battery anyday because he is a brick wall of a man. I asked him to go pick me up some waffle fries from Chicken Fil A (some place in the mall) and he got them for me and a Dr. Pepper to drink....for free!!! He doesn't make any mistakes and doesn't have any brothers. Best service I've received in years. I'll return specifically for him. Everyone in Western NC should go visit him....he is a bull of a man and every moment you spend staring into those eyes is worth it.

Didn't have my part in stock but they ordered it for me and it arrived 1.5 hours later.

Went in to shop for detailing products for a car I just purchased a few days ago. The two employees that were in the front were obviously following me around the store, acting like they were straightening up products on the shelves. I had came in earlier to use their scan tool without any problems. I walked out without buying the engine cleaner that I was going to buy. That's ok though, because O'Reilly's had a better selection, prices anyway. This happened on Saturday, July 11, 2020
