I had Matt perform the chain guide and chain replacement service on my e39 BMW 540i ; a major, labor-intensive job. He did the work carefully and properly. I got no feeling whatsoever that he rushed or cut corners, which sets his shop apart from neighborhood repair facilities that push cars through service and out the door as quickly as possible. He clearly knows BMWs very well, and I got the impression that he treated my car the same way he treats his own. I was very pleased with his work, and his bill was a bit less than I expected. I will certainly use him again.
