They didn't have the tires i needed but the staff was excellent recommending me where to go

Had a trailer hub fall apart early this morning, so I had to have a second trailer brought out to switch the equiptment over. The second trailer had a flat tire so I stopped by Black Mountain Tire to air up my tires.nnThey quickly noticed a issue with one tire, were able to get me a replacement, mounted and back on the road in just a few minutes. Made the trip with no other issues.nnGreat place, and fast service.

Honest people doing great work. Moved to black mountain recently and have been so happy that we found this place. The workers do not pressure you, give fair prices, and most importantly, do great work. Can't reccomend them enough. There's a reason they are rated so highly.

I brought my car in to replace the back 2 tires and move the old front ones to the back and put the new tires on the front. Instead, the replaced the 2 front tires which were fine. When I figured this out (both back tires leak) 2 days later, I brought it in thinking they would fix their error and replace the correct tires, but they did not. They plugged the one tire for free, but did nothing else to rectify their error. So now I have 2 new tires that replaced my good tires, and i still have the original 2 bad tires on my car. They do not stand behind their work and make things right. Buyer beware at this place.
