Talk about fast food these guys were on the ball in and out with my order in five minutes or so no mistakes on anything I ordered the staff was very friendly and truly good customer service
Good service! Tried the new crispy chicken sandwich and not impressed though. Too dry!
So now have waited 25 minutes for 40 nuggets. I have never seen employees look so sloppy in my life. Managers shirt untucked and completely unbuttoned Black mountain Mc Donalds what's going on? I haven't been here in a few years as I have moved out of state. Not good!
Ordered curbside. The woman who brought the food out appeared to be irritated with something. We had no ketchup, napkins, sauce for the nuggets, or splenda for the unsweet tea. To add to the horrible experience the fries were barely warm, my quarter pounder was barely warm to the point where the cheese wouldn't even melt, and the chicken nuggets were cold and hard. Definitely not returning to this location.
