Every visit to this store is a pleasure. The baristas are friendly and welcoming. Service is fast. Quality is excellent and consistent. One of the best Starbucks!

The drive thru was quick today and the cashier was incredibly friendly! She recommended i download the Starbucks app as they are running a half off special for the holiday season. Great deal!

Just went through, and so unfortunately I did not catch the wonderful workers name, but she deserves a raise! Super kind and answered all of my questions for me even checking to see if they had what I wanted available. Fast and caring service! Always choose this one every time I’m in Black Mountain or passing through. Love the energy here.

I have always loved Starbucks and I've been to this one many of times.nThe very frustrating part for me is I always order my drink ahead so I quote can get it quicker but since they don't do dine in I end up having to sit in the drive thru with eveyone else who hasn't done the mobile app so when I get to the window it's grab and go.nIt's frustrating not being able to pick up your drink quicky the whole reason I use thw app in the first place.nThe other day I sat in line for at least 10 minutes since it was long but I had already paid for my drink so there was nothing I could do but wait.nAgain I'm not hating on this place but I find it's frustrating and makes me not want to return to this location if it's gonna be this hard to get a mobile order.
