Absolutely great people to deal with and they have a level of customer service seldom seen these days. While I didn't get to meet Jeff I spoke with him a few times online arranging to pick up a trailer and they made it effortless. I made the 2 hour drive and he had my trailer already set aside, I hooked up, walked in & paid and it was just that simple. They were friendly and courteous, something not often found in the big box stores.
