Definitely going to go here more often, been needing some work done on my car and they were able to get me in and work on my car for very fair price quoted me a price and needed something else minor looked at and the price after was lower then quoted witch surprised me and really appreciate it. My Acura wouldn’t start (not even jump start) so I called Richey’s. It took them a couple of hours to diagnose the problem after I had my car tow to them. It was a broken starter. They also replaced the battery (which they believed to be the reason for the broken starter; and I knew independently without telling them that the battery was no good as I measured the voltage after charging it at home) and I asked them to do a wheel alignment which I was about to do anyway. The owner even gave me a ride to their shop after they performed all the services (which was about 1day after they got my car) since I was stranded with nobody else to drive me. The car has been running very nicely since then, and they have a life warranty on the starter (only labor cost would be required should anything happen) and they have a 6 year warranty on the battery (and if anything happens with the battery within 30months they would replace it without any charge). In overall it was a pleasant experience and I believe they are honest people. Price was also reasonable, they were able to charge less than their original quoted estimate. Highly recommended to entrust your car service/repair needs to them!
