Usually I would say Jimmy Johns is 5/5. Service is superb. Fast, friendly, rarely have an issue. But I also usually order delivery and yesterday I went inside. I didn’t experience any issues with my order or customer service in any way so I was not let down there. However I was disappointed that nearly every employee, preparing mine and many other customer’s food, had their masks down so that their noses were exposed. It doesn’t seem like a big thing but we are lucky that Covid is becoming less of a threat in the community but it’s good to remember that while they’re working they represent an entity and that was not a good look. Meanwhile every customer I observed was wearing their masks correctly. Let’s just remember to protect each other!nnThanks again for the sandwich, always hits the spot!
My order was delivered without the pickle I very much looked forward to. I was deeply traumatized and it took a full minute for the truth to sink in. Nonetheless, I decided to call and inquire about the unfortunate situation.nnYou guys were on it quick—didn’t even need to share my name or address. 4 minutes later, I opened the front door to find my beloved pickle wrapped up and delivered right there on the porch.nnThanks guys, you’re awesome. ud83eudd73
The little man who answered the phone was shady and weird. Made it seem as though they would spit in my food. The driver shows up with the sandwich and I give him a good tip. Open up the sandwich and there's no meat or cheese. Funny prank!
Best customer service I think of any restaurant or fast food place in Wenatchee! They have the best workers they are super funny and make you feel like you’re part of their friend group. The app is even super helpful and easy to use and you earn rewords super fast it’s amazing. Thank you Jimmy John workers for being real and funny keep it up!
