Very friendly staff helped us with setting up account, assigning a convenient unit for the moving truck, and even brought out water for us on a hot day.

Jeanie and Michelle were professional, courteous, and quite helpful in allowing me to select the unit best suited to my needs. They gave me an opportunity to look at units becoming available in the size I needed and when it was moving day the paperwork was handled smoothly and quickly.
Jeannie is the best! i would recommend seeing her for all your storage needs as she is very accommodating, friendly, and professional! Very clean and secure facility and i will be doing business with them for years to come.
Jeanie and staff at Storage Max Grants Crossing are wonderful! I was set to check in and move in my belongings on a Saturday but due to some moving mishaps I decided to move in my things on Sunday not realizing they were closed Sundays. I called the facility on Sunday morning and Jeanie actually answered and told me I could move in my things that day and could complete the paperwork on Monday during office hours. She also made other exceptions for me that made my move in process easier. Highly recommend using this facility!
