They did an amazing job. Every person working there was very friendly. I was lucky because a young man, Blake was at Enterprise dropping of another customer. I was able to hitch a ride back to Moody’s Collision. The idea that they take & pick up made the Enterprise Rental experience doable. Enterprise would not pick up or deliver you back to the car. Moody's went beyond the call of duty!
Excellent place to have repairs done to your car
I had been hit and had figured things out with the other individuals insurance company. This was one of their select service options. I decided to check them out and get an estimate. As we were walking to my car i expressed that i had another hit as well from another person that was not being covered by the insurance so there was no need to even pay attention to it. I was getting it fixed elsewhere. They then proceeded to take a picture of it and other insignificant things on my vehicle that had nothing to do with my hit i needed an estimate on. They gave me a paper print out of my estimate and said it would cost over $4,000 to fix as where my other estimates said it would cost around $1500. I studied the estimate and they had intended on charging for a trunk replacement that made no sense considering my trunk has not even been hit and works perfectly fine. Nothing wrong with it at all. And then i discovered they put on the estimate to fix the other hit i had said didnt even need to be looked at. Absolutely ridiculous. I would only suggest if you would like an overcharge for things you dont even need done and to be ignored when you speak.
They did a super fast but great job got my car back within the week. Very friendly
