I personally really enjoyed my time there, everyone was so kind and they even assisted me earlier than my appointment. I had Fiona and she was a delight. I definitely recommend any newcomers to come to real beauty.
Had a appointment supposedly on weds but never got a confirmation text had a feeling I really didn’t make a appointment when I went In when the lady told me to leave my phone number and name so I didn’t have to wait for her to put it in which I would have preferred cause I wanted a solid time and date Also told I needed to do my cut first then talk about what color I wanted to do and make a second one seen good reviews they probably are great just disappointed felt like they don’t care for new clients.
This salon was okay but I wasn’t that impressed. It was my first visit and they assisted and chatted with other clients who came in after I did and kept me waiting before anyone acknowledged that I was there. Trisha, the stylist, was friendly and professional, but the haircut was pricey and not any better than other salons who charge less. They get glowing reviews and I wanted to try them to see what I was missing. I have a problem hairline in back that wasn’t cut correctly and it’s growing in goofy, I’m going somewhere else to get it corrected. Also, this place is really busy and difficult to get the appointment times I need with a full time job. I think they’re supposed to be exclusive and upscale, maybe it would have been better if I’d chosen a different stylist.
I love Sara because she is easy to talk to and gives you what you want. I guarantee a great men’s haircut which includes shampooing.
This is the salon that has the best girls, the most smiles and wonderful service. They really care about their clients and you quickly become part of the Real Beauty Family. Couldn't recommend it enough!
