Everyday Strength has been the best gym experience. I was coming off a chronic injury, but eager to start working out again. Sam has scaled things to work for me and three months in, lots of good muscle soreness, but no injuries. The workouts are always challenging, but at the same time really fun. Atmosphere and environment are fantastic. Highly recommend.

With 11 years experience, this gym comes up with modifications for any level. New to the gym they take it step by step. Have been going to the gym for years, they know how to make you feel you had a great workout.nAnd with a free week trial you can’t go wrong.

I have been an avid CrossFit participant for eight years, and was beset with injury. Where other trainers could not help Everyday Strength stepped in. The coach, via video, has been patient, instructional, respectful, and micro focused on the specific needs I have as an athlete. She has the insight to see the small yet crucial movements that need adjustment to avoid injury. Love this place.

Sam is one of the best trainers/coaches I've ever had. She is so patient and understanding with all levels of fitness. She will help you obtain your goals even if it takes you 6 months or longer. She doesn't push you if you're not ready but will push you when she knows you're ready to move up! She works really well with injuries and if you're in pain or healing she will modify workouts custom fit for you. I highly recommend her!!
